Significance of the Project

 

Using the World Wide Web for instructional purposes has already had a profound 

influence on education and learning. Digital literacy is increasingly becoming a standard 

tool of the trade, and educational websites have become regular adjuncts to classroom 

activities. The best way to stay on top of this curve is to create an educational website. 

The proposed website, KidsRead, will serve as a legitimate technological tool that would 

offer students instruction in a range of literacy activities. KidsRead would be greatly 

beneficial for student use because it is supportive technology that can aid in helping 

students overcome reading problems, provide ELA enrichment, and sharpening 

phonics, vocabulary, and comprehension.
