Ice cream wasn’t placed into a cone until 1904. A man selling crispy waffles at a fair noticed that people would leave his stand and go to the ice-cream booth. They would then drop their ice cream onto his waffles. This gave him the idea of rolling a waffle into a cone shape. The ice-cream cone was born!
